FirstMile Ventures is looking for a Solutions Consultant (Modern Workplace) to partner with sales teams and guide partners through Microsoft-centric cloud journeys. The ideal candidate will have proven technical pre-sales experience and a solid understanding of Modern Workplace technologies.

The position includes competitive salary packages ranging from SEK530,000 to SEK760,000 in Sweden, along with a hybrid work model and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies, particularly Microsoft ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging way.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with sales teams to design Modern Workplace solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners through cloud journeys.
• Deliver demos, workshops, and technical conversations.
