Job summary

FirstMile Ventures is looking for a Solutions Consultant (Modern Workplace) to partner with sales teams and guide partners through Microsoft-centric cloud journeys. The ideal candidate will have proven technical pre-sales experience and a solid understanding of Modern Workplace technologies.

The position includes competitive salary packages ranging from SEK530,000 to SEK760,000 in Sweden, along with a hybrid work model and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies, particularly Microsoft ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging way.

Solutions Consultant (Modern Workplace)

Location: Sweden (Stockholm) & United Kingdom (Bristol/Farnborough/Derby)

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with sales teams to design and position Modern Workplace solutions that solve real business challenges
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, guiding them through Microsoft-centric cloud journeys
• Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and technical conversations that inspire confidence and drive adoption
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
• Support partners in building scalable, profitable cloud practices
• Stay ahead of industry trends, especially across AI, security, and productivity platforms
• Collaborate cross-functional to ensure seamless partner experiences

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions-focused role
• Strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies, particularly Microsoft ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging way
• Extensive experience working with partners or customers to design cloud solutions
• Commercial awareness and the ability to align technical solutions with business value
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially AI-driven solutions

Salary & Benefits

• Sweden: SEK530,000 - SEK760,000 plus SEK230,000 OTE (uncapped)
