Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer or Technician with hands-on hardware/software installation experience to install automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities across the United States.

You will travel locally to national sites, work with design engineers and healthcare staff, and complete installations and validations. Training is paid; per-diem, assignment-based work with travel time reimbursed.

Qualifications

Upper secondary education or higher required.
Fluent English and Swedish both spoken.
At least 1 year electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
Strong business acumen and communication abilities.
Comfort with basic software programs and Windows OS.
Ability to collaborate with engineers, managers and healthcare staff.
Must meet hospital credentialing and immunization requirements.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 100%.

Responsibilities

Install, test, and assemble automated medication dispensing systems and related hardware, software and devices.
Review schematics, documentation, and logistics to support installations.
Conduct routine checks and record data from tests after installation and configuration.
Ensure work complies with quality and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with a team of support staff and manage project timelines.
Training for this role will be provided and paid.
