CDON Group in Stockholm is seeking a Merchant Operations & Support Manager to own parts of merchant operations across CDON and Fyndiq. You will monitor data, identify issues and opportunities, and drive follow-up with colleagues to make processes more efficient and scalable.

This role suits someone early in their career with a data mindset, clear ownership from day one, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of analytical experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Fluent with spreadsheets and able to handle large data sets.
• Experience with BI/Reporting tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• AI-first mindset and experience using AI tools.
• Reliable, structured, with recurring work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor merchant delivery and service quality across CDON and Fyndiq.
• Follow up on flagged merchants with Merchant Support and document actions.
• Review newly onboarded merchants after their first weeks.
• Monitor pricing, data quality, orders, and fraud signals.
• Maintain and improve merchant-facing and internal reporting.
• Run recurring compliance and finance data checks (VAT, etc.).
• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work and share automations.
