Job summary

Exptners AB is seeking a Senior Schedule Leader for a pioneering industrial megaproject in Sweden. The role involves leading all planning and scheduling activities to ensure project integrity, milestones, and commitments are met.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project planning within large EPC/EPCM projects, and be an expert in Primavera P6. Strong leadership skills and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project planning within large EPC/EPCM projects.
• Experience in megaprojects (>USD 500M) with full responsibility for integrated schedules.
• Strong expertise in CPM, EVM, risk-adjusted planning, and forensic schedule analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all planning and scheduling activities within a large-scale project.
• Develop and maintain the Scheduling Management Plan, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis, including critical path and Monte Carlo simulations.
