Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, life sciences or engineering; MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in medical device/healthcare/pharma.
• Experience in distributor/channel management and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributor management and ensure partner needs are met with stakeholders.
• Set and negotiate pricing, annual plans and KPIs for distributors.
• Monitor distributor performance and provide regular feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain and Compliance.
• Develop launch strategies and promotions for the portfolio.
• Travel up to 30% across region to support activities.
