Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Gothenburg is seeking a MedTech Sales professional to provide clinical support to customers, ensuring smooth adoption of JnJ products during procedures and maintaining open communication with internal and external teams.

Once trained, you will raise awareness of JnJ solutions, identify sales opportunities, and coordinate with the Sales Manager to engage key decision-makers, while collaborating with European technical teams to service sites and upgrade hardware and

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level preferably Engineers (Biomedical / Health Informatics / Technology Engineering) or a related discipline.
• Ability to spend up to 1-2 nights per week away from home.
• Driving license.
• Located in Gothenburg.
• Some Experience within electrophysiology/cardiology (preferable but not mandatory).
• Fluent in Swedish and business level English.
• Computer software package skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Dedication, perseverance and ability to complete internal training.
• Strong technical understanding and interest.

Responsabilités

• Become an expert in providing clinical support to customers to ensure good technology adoption during procedures performed with JnJ products, driving collaboration and maintaining open communication with all team members.
• Create awareness of JnJ solutions, seek sales opportunities, drive business objectives and facilitate contact between the Sales Manager and key decision-makers to drive our business.
• Coordinate servicing, maintenance, repair and upgrades of soft- and hardware with the European Technical team.
• Remain current on product instructions for use (IFU) and relevant literature and new product information.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical colleagues to develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP lab.
