Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Sweden seeks an experienced Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineer to join our team working with world-leading energy transmission customers. You will design and develop components, validate designs, and ensure producibility with tolerances, cost, and quality as primary concerns.

You will contribute to product development in an agile environment, with emphasis on HVDC systems, plant engineering, valves, and CAD/PLM (NX/Teamcenter).

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical engineering, Mechatronic engineering, or a similar field of study.
• Knowledge of HVDC Systems, Plant engineering would be an asset.
• Knowledge in design and development of valves and its components.
• Experience working in CAD and PLM systems (preferably NX and Teamcenter).
• Good knowledge in the production of 3D and 2D materials with associated tolerance setting where producibility, costs and requirements are taken into account.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently in a challenging and innovative environment.
