Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to own projects from start to finish and support the team in delivering design development processes for clients across industries.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive industry development projects in a global context, and enjoy a high degree of independence to structure your workdays for excellent delivery and new business opportunities. International experience is valued.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, preferably with energy/electrification experience.
• Certified Project Manager or PMP certification from PMI or IPMA Level C/D.
• Ability to manage projects of different size, complexity and contract types.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing diverse projects.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes.
• Preferable experience with international teams and/or R&D.

Your Role

As a Project Manager you will have full ownership of projects from start to end and support the team to provide design development processes towards our client.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Our cross functional teams and drive our industry development projects forward.
• The ability to run projects, and you are someone who dares and can make decisions with the habit of working in a global context.
• This position comes with expectations of independence and responsibility to manage your own scope and you have a lot of freedom to structure your own workdays as long as it contributes to excellent delivery and business opportunities.
• Seeing and managing opportunities that you identify within your deliveries.

Your profile

• University degree in engineering, with preferably domain experience in energy, electrification or similar
• Good knowledge of product development processes and project models, preferably Certified Project Manager or PMP® Certification from Project Management Institute or IPMA Level C/D certification.
• Ability to work with projects of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
• Good technical knowledge in product development process
• Preferable experience with international teams and/or R&D
