Job summary

Caldic in Malmö, Sweden, is seeking a Master Data Administrator to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely creation and maintenance of product master data in the ERP system. The role supports business continuity by delivering fast, consistent, and high-quality administrative execution aligned with Caldic’s standards.

You will handle product requests, maintain data accuracy, update SDS information where relevant, and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Europe, primarily QHSE.

Qualifications

• Experience handling master data and product creation in ERP.
• Strong administrative skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Knowledge of chemistry or hazardous products is a merit.

Responsibilities

• Handle product requests, including creating new products, extending existing products, and updating related master data in the ERP system.
• Maintain data accuracy and alignment with Caldic’s processes.
• Update SDS-related information when relevant to product master data.
• Provide timely admin support to internal stakeholders across Europe, primarily QHSE.
• Monitor data quality and initiate corrections when discrepancies are identified.
• Support continuous improvement of master data processes and documentation.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on organisational needs.
