Job summary

Lovable is seeking a senior engineer with deep marketing knowledge to join Applied AI. You will be embedded with Marketing and build the AI systems, data, and agents that its teams run on.

You will ship production software yourself, on Lovable, with the Applied AI engineers. You will work day-to-day with Marketing leadership, agree on priorities, and ensure systems are governed by data contracts and access rules.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping production software or data systems.
• Deep marketing knowledge from a marketing org, MarTech, or product/data role serving marketing teams.
• Experience integrating marketing systems: ad platforms, analytics, CRM or CDP, and content tools.
• Experience building with LLMs: agents, evaluation, and reliable outputs.
• Strong product judgment and prioritization with stakeholder alignment.
• Care for permissions and data handling and design-wide access controls.

Responsibilities

• Run a listening tour with Marketing to map data sources, owners, and expert judgment.
• Agree project scope with Marketing leadership: problem, metric, owner, and done definition.
• Connect context to launches via tickets, docs, Slack, intel, and usage data.
• Build agents and workflows for Performance and Social with governance and reviews.
• Encode Brand and Product Marketing judgment into systems and guidelines.
• Connect Marketing systems to the shared data layer for trusted data access.
• Reuse company data contracts, permissions, and agent patterns across projects.
• Launch systems with defined owners, runbooks, access rules, and operator training.
• Measure results with Marketing and inform improvements or retirements.
• Extract concrete product gaps from internal use for Lovable teams.
