Job summary

Cetasol is hiring a Marketing Manager to own end-to-end marketing for the iHelm platform, driving demand generation, content, and events. You will manage SEO, analytics, and marketing automation, while crafting a strong brand voice in English and coordinating freelancers and an intern where needed.

You’ll work in a lean team, own the marketing plan, and collaborate with sales to build pipeline through innovative campaigns and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience running B2B marketing for technical products with long sales cycles.
• Ability to manage a funnel and dashboards alongside strong headlines.
• Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar), GA4, SEO, and marketing automation.
• Excellent copywriting in English and ability to lead brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing for iHelm platform across channels.
• Develop demand generation campaigns and measure ROI.
• Create case studies, one-pagers, and pitch decks for sales enablement.
• Maintain brand voice in content and LinkedIn presence.
