You will clearly communicate options, timelines, and pricing to clients, keep detailed client records, and schedule all yard visits and service trips.

Collaborating with mechanics, electricians, and detailers, you will allocate resources, send confirmations and reminders, and prepare quotes, work orders, and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Email & Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for vessel owners and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Clearly communicate service options, timelines, and pricing to clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and communication histories.
• Service Booking & Scheduling: Plan and schedule all service trips and yard visits for vessels efficiently.
• Liaise with our technical teams to allocate resources and schedule work.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders and follow-up communications to clients.
• Administrative Support: Prepare quotes, work orders and invoices related to services performed.
• Maintain a database for warranty works and vessel information including service history.
• Prepare Owners manual and ensure information is recorded for each vessel.

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Marine Service Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact in the yard for vessel owners, managing all email communications, and meticulously planning and scheduling service appointments for our clients' boats. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a marine environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Email & Client Communication. Serve as the first point of contact for vessel owners, responding to all email inquiries in a timely, professional and helpful manner.
• Clearly communicate service options, timelines, and pricing to clients
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and communication histories.
• Service Booking & Scheduling. Plan, coordinate, organise materials, and schedule all service trips and yard visits for vessels in an efficient manner.
• Liaise with our technical teams (e.g., mechanics, electricians, detailers) to allocate resources and schedule work efficiently.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications to clients.
• Administrative Support. Prepare quotes, work orders and invoices related to services performed
• Maintain a database for warranty works and vessel information including service history
• Prepare Owners manual and ensure that the information is correctly recorded for each owners vessel.
