Job summary

HelloFresh in Sweden is seeking a production planner/leader to develop and implement production plans that maximize resource use and meet specifications, cost and quality targets. You will lead a small planning team and work with the Site Lead to optimize efficiency and budgeting while ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, resource estimation, and data-driven adjustments to meet production needs and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Use production plans and specifications to produce schedules and estimate resources.
• Lead your team across the employee life cycle, guide, coach and manage.
• Deputise for the Site Lead to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the Site Lead to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support yearly budget plans and monitor production activity.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote engagement.
• Role model the Company’s DNA and ensure adherence by the team.
• Analyze production data to time material flow with requirements.
• Adjust schedules for backlogs, design changes, or shortages.
• Prepare work orders and evaluate capacity for processes.
• Lead and manage a team of three: two Planning Specialists and one Junior Planner.
