Lyten is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence & Lean Manager to drive CI across our manufacturing site. You will partner with leadership to design, implement, and sustain a robust CI framework that boosts performance, reduces waste, and advances a culture of operational discipline.

You will lead Lean and Six Sigma projects, standardize work, and report progress to executives, while mentoring teams and collaborating with engineering, procurement, and quality.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in continuous improvement, process optimization or operations management.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) desirable.
• Experience with root cause analysis and value stream mapping.
• Experience with change management across multi-functional teams.
• Experience in a matrix organisation and delivering CI frameworks.
• Experience in industries with safety-focused culture is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop KPI metrics across site including manufacturing, maintenance, quality and culture.
• Own and improve the site OEE governance framework with standardized definitions.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects using PDCA / DMAIC methodologies.
• Prepare progress reports and continuous improvement reviews for leadership.
• Define and deliver the CI framework for shop floor execution.
• Develop the excellence system and coordinate deployment cross-functionally.
• Establish work measurement programs and workload standards.
• Promote cost-conscious decision making in CI initiatives.
• Mentor colleagues in industrial best practices and problem solving.
• Assist management with supplementary tasks as needed.
