Job summary

Lyten seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of complex initiatives. You will bridge engineering, IT and operations, delivering projects on time and within budget while applying Agile, Scrum and Waterfall practices.

With a bachelor’s in engineering and 7+ years in PM, you’ll manage high‑impact programs, drive risk mitigation, and optimize collaboration across teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; master’s degree a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Project or Program Management.
• 4+ years leading complex technical projects (system deployment, factory automation).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & WBS development and alignment with goals.
• Risk identification, analysis and mitigation across the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, IT, Product and Operations.
• Manage communications with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Oversee budgets and coordinate vendors/contractors to meet specs.
• Apply Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods to improve delivery reliability.
