Job summary

WeQuel seeks a SE-Manager Quality Control Laboratories in Stockholm to lead QA of testing, validation, and documentation, ensuring compliance with high regulatory standards. You will own laboratory systems and drive quality processes in a dynamic environment as part of a client-focused consulting team.

The role requires strong GMP/Quality Systems experience, fluency in Swedish and English, and the ability to review documentation and investigations. Start ASAP for ~4 months, on-site only.

Job description

At WeQuel, we are now looking for a SE-Manager Quality Control Laboratories in Stockholm where you become an important part of the quality organization, with a focus on quality assurance of laboratory testing, validation, and documentation. In this role, you take ownership of laboratory systems and ensure that testing, investigations, and quality processes meet the highest regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Quality assurance of chemical, physical, and microbiological testing and controls of products, raw materials/input materials, media, and manufacturing processes (including environmental hygiene)

• Quality assurance of validation and maintenance in the chemical/microbiological laboratory

• Equipment ownership for laboratory systems

• Review and approval of documentation, test methods, and processes for the Quality Control laboratory

• Review and approval of laboratory investigations and non-conformances

You work in a dynamic environment where you independently drive your workflow forward while collaborating with multiple interfaces within the organization.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of GMP/Quality Systems

• Quality assurance experience in a regulated laboratory environment

• Experience reviewing and approving laboratory documentation

• Experience owning laboratory equipment/systems

• Experience managing deviations, non-conformances, and investigations

• Fluent Swedish (native) and English, spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Leadership experience or Quality Review Board participation

• Microbiology expertise

• Validation experience

• Experience with raw material and manufacturing process quality oversight

• CAPA and continuous improvement experience
