Job summary

WeQuel seeks a SE-Manager Quality Control Laboratories in Stockholm to lead QA of testing, validation, and documentation, ensuring compliance with high regulatory standards. You will own laboratory systems and drive quality processes in a dynamic environment as part of a client-focused consulting team.

The role requires strong GMP/Quality Systems experience, fluency in Swedish and English, and the ability to review documentation and investigations. Start ASAP for ~4 months, on-site only.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GMP/Quality Systems.
• Quality assurance experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Experience reviewing and approving laboratory documentation.
• Experience owning laboratory equipment/systems.
• Experience managing deviations, non-conformances, and investigations.
• Fluent Swedish (native) and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• QA of chemical, physical, and microbiological testing and controls across products and materials.
• QA of validation and maintenance in chemical/microbiological labs.
• Own laboratory systems and equipment.
• Review/approve documentation, test methods, and QC lab processes.
• Review/approve investigations and non-conformances.
