Job summary

Schneider Electric is looking for a Commissioning Engineer for Low Voltage Systems, based in Sweden. In this role, you will provide on-site services for Low Voltage power distribution solutions, supporting complex international projects with a focus on commissioning, diagnostics, and customer support.

Candidates should have a strong technical background, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commissioning Low Voltage products, and excellent communication skills in English. This position requires international travel for about 70% of the working time.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in Low Voltage power distribution.
• 5 years' experience in commissioning or field service.
• Understanding of electrical principles and automation.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup and commissioning across the Low Voltage product range.
• Evaluate system installation for readiness.
• Train customers on equipment operation.
• Document test results and produce site work reports.

Skills

Technical background in electrical engineering

Hands-on experience in commissioning and troubleshooting

Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

Mechanical and electrical hands-on skills

Good software tool literacy (MS Office, AutoCAD)

Education

Electrotechnical education or equivalent technical experience
