Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer for Low Voltage Systems to support customers and projects across Europe. You will provide on-site services for Low Voltage power distribution solutions, including commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and customer support.

This role requires approximately 70% international travel. You will work with equipment such as OKKEN/Prisma switchboards, Masterpact breakers and ATS, perform startups and site adjustments,

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in electrical engineering with hands-on commissioning and field service experience.
• University degree or equivalent technical experience in electrotechnical field.
• Around 5 years' experience in commissioning and/or field service for Low Voltage products.
• Understanding of LV systems, automation, protection relays and ATS.
• Able to analyse installations and propose practical on-site solutions.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical hands-on skills and tooling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup and commissioning across the Low Voltage product range
• Evaluate unit and system installations for readiness
• Perform onsite adjustments to optimize operation
• Identify root causes across quality, software, or conditions
• Collaborate with service engineers and partners on site interventions
• Document test results and produce site reports
• Train customers on basic equipment operation
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for LV products
