Ultra Group AB in Sweden is seeking a proactive Transport Coordinator to manage daily transport operations, coordinate urgent shipments, and ensure timely deliveries within a dynamic supply chain.

You will book transports, monitor flows, handle deviations, and collaborate with carriers and internal stakeholders to mitigate disruptions. This is a permanent, full-time role with visa support and health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in transport coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Practical knowledge of transport bookings and delivery coordination.
• Experience handling transport deviations and urgent shipments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
