Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Stockholm is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Lease Agreements to join our Northern Europe Order to Cash team. You will own financial and administrative processes for lease contracts, ensuring accurate recording, maintenance and invoicing throughout the lifecycle.

You’ll work with Leasing, Legal, Investment Management and Shopping Centre Management, supporting tenants and maintaining high-quality lease data and indexations.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in a similar finance, accounts receivable or administrative position.
• Highly accurate and comfortable working with detailed contractual and financial information.
• Enjoy taking ownership of processes from start to finish.
• Confident in managing priorities and meeting recurring deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and professional service mindset.
• Experience using SAP and financial systems.

• Creating and updating rental objects within our systems.
• Accurately registering new lease agreements and contract information.
• Processing lease terminations and changes relating to lease addendums.
• Calculating and executing lease indexations.
• Managing recurring and contract-related invoicing.
• Processing SBR settlements and invoicing.
• Completing service charge settlements and invoicing.
• Managing manual invoicing and re-invoicing when required.
• Completing the monthly vacancy run.
• Responding to queries by phone and email.
• Working closely with Leasing, Legal, Investment Management and Shopping Centre Management.
• Supporting tenants and tenant representatives with lease-related financial and administrative queries.
• Helping to improve data quality, invoicing accuracy and efficiency of Order to Cash processes.

We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Lease Agreements to join our Northern Europe Order to Cash team in Stockholm.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the financial and administrative processes behind our lease agreements, ensuring contracts are accurately recorded, maintained and invoiced throughout their lifecycle.

You'll join a collaborative Order to Cash organisation of 13 colleagues across Sweden, the Netherlands and the UK, as part of our wider Northern Europe Operational Finance team. You'll work closely with colleagues across Leasing, Legal, Investment Management and Shopping Centre Management, as well as our tenants and their representatives.

Why this role matters

Our lease agreements underpin important financial processes across our business. In this role, you'll help ensure rental objects and lease contracts are correctly created, maintained and closed within our systems.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality lease data, completing indexation calculations and ensuring invoices and settlements are processed accurately and on time.

Your work will directly support invoicing accuracy, cash collection and the wider financial performance of our Northern Europe portfolio.

What you'll be getting involved in

No two days will look exactly the same, but you'll spend your time:

What we're looking for

You'll enjoy this role if you:

• Have around three to five years’ experience in a similar finance, accounts receivable or administrative position
• Are highly accurate and comfortable working with detailed contractual and financial information
• Enjoy taking ownership of processes from beginning to end
• Can confidently manage priorities and meet recurring deadlines
• Are comfortable working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders
• Have strong communication skills and provide a helpful, professional service
• Enjoy identifying issues and finding practical ways to improve processes
• Are confident using Excel and working with financial systems

It would be great if you also bring:

• A relevant upper-secondary, vocational or post-secondary qualification in finance, accounting or administration
• Experience using SAP
• Previous experience working with lease agreements or contract administration
• Knowledge of the real estate sector
