The Nederman Group in Helsingborg is seeking a finance professional passionate about ERP implementations to join their Nexus team. You will drive rollouts and design ERP solutions, ensuring quality and facilitating workshops.

With experience in finance and ERP systems, you will be pivotal in global transformation initiatives while collaborating in a modern work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in controlling, accounting, or a similar financial area.
• Proven capabilities in ERP system usage, preferably IFS.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP implementations or transformation projects.
• Ability to facilitate workshops effectively.

Responsabilités

• Drive ERP rollouts from analysis to go-live.
• Design and configure ERP solutions based on requirements.
• Own module backlog management with business leads.
• Facilitate structured workshops and planning.
• Ensure solution quality and performance.

Connaissances

Experience within Finance (controlling, accounting or similar)

Experience working with ERP systems (IFS preferred, others relevant)

Experience from ERP implementations or transformation projects

Strong communication skills in English and Swedish

Nexus is our global ERP program implementing IFS Cloud andstandardisedprocesses across Nederman companies worldwide, following a structured rollout model from initiation to go-live andhypercare.

What you will do

• Drive ERP rollouts from analysis to go-live
• Design and configure ERP solutions based on business and technical requirements
• Own the module backlog together withbusinessleads
• Facilitate workshops and plan work in a structured way
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and readiness
• Drive documentation, training, and Super User enablement
• Act as a change leader towards global processes

We believe you have

• Experience within Finance (controlling, accounting or similar)
• Experience working with ERP systems (IFS preferred, others relevant)
• Experience from ERP implementations or transformation projects
