Qualifications

• Experience within Finance (controlling, accounting or similar).
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably IFS.
• Experience from ERP implementations or transformation projects.
• Experience facilitating workshops and planning work.
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Drive ERP rollouts from analysis to go-live.
• Design and configure ERP solutions based on requirements.
• Own the module backlog with business leads.
• Facilitate workshops and plan work in a structured way.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and readiness.
• Drive documentation, training, and Super User enablement.
• Act as a change leader towards global processes.
