Job summary

Kenos Solutions is seeking a Lead Scheduler to join an EPCM project in Luleå, Sweden, overseeing the integrated schedule for engineering, procurement and construction over a three-year programme.

The role requires developing, maintaining and controlling the master schedule, coordinating with contractors and internal teams, and delivering forecast information to support decisions across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling on large industrial EPC or greenfield projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in heavy industry (steel, energy, or process facilities) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master project schedule using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate and integrate schedules from contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, analyse schedule performance, and identify potential risks or delays.
• Prepare schedule updates, reports, and critical path analyses for project leadership.
• Support change management and scenario planning to assess schedule impacts.
• Lead scheduling workshops and align planning activities across disciplines.
