Job summary

Erinion, part of the Scania Group, is seeking a Project Manager to lead charging infrastructure deployments from planning to handover. The role focuses on delivering on time and on budget, coordinating internal teams and external partners across the Netherlands and occasional international projects.

You bring 4+ years in construction or infrastructure, strong communication, English and Dutch, willingness to travel about 40%, and a hands-on, problem-solving approach in energy and e-mobility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing end-to-end construction or Infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and site activities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Confident working independently and solving problems across planning and delivery.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding, with a focus on delivering value.
• High level of proficiency in spoken and written English and Dutch.
• Open to regular travel, averaging around 40%.
• Experience in energy, e-mobility, or transport is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the full deployment process of charging infrastructure projects, from planning to completion, with primary focus in the Netherlands and occasional international work.
• Conduct site assessments and advise on feasibility, timelines, and budgeting.
• Drive the selection, contracting, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage permitting processes and ensure design compliance.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure safety, quality, and timeline adherence.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, providing clear reporting on progress, cost, and performance.
• Liaise with grid operators when needed to secure power supply and capacity.
• Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise and cost estimates during customer discussions.
• Manage the post-project handover to Service & Operations and Customer Success, with clear documentation handed over for future support.
