Job summary

EVEREC is looking for a Product Manager to shape and grow its fleet and home-charging proposition. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, translating customer needs into scalable solutions for organisations transitioning to electric fleets.

You will work across charging infrastructure, payments and energy services, collaborating with engineering, design, operations, sales and external partners while aligning with commercial objectives and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
  • Digital products or connected services from discovery to launch and optimization.
  • Strong discovery, prioritization, and roadmap-management capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex customer/operational challenges into straightforward product experiences.
  • Experience partnering with software engineering, UX/design and commercial teams.
  • Using customer insight, analytics and business data to guide decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
  • Experience in an agile product-development environment.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of EV charging, mobility, energy or automotive services.
  • Experience with B2B/B2B2C/SaaS or fleet-management products.

Responsibilities

  • Own and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a connected EV fleet-charging solution.
  • Build understanding of fleet operators, employers, administrators and EV drivers through research and engagement.
  • Translate customer and commercial needs into product requirements and prioritized initiatives.
  • Lead discovery and validation activities to address valuable customer problems.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams through discovery, development, launch and improvement.
  • Improve end-to-end experience across public, workplace and home charging.
  • Develop capabilities covering charging administration, cost allocation, payments and reimbursement.
  • Balance customer value, commercial impact, regulatory requirements and feasibility.
  • Define product objectives and KPIs, using data to evaluate results.
  • Coordinate product launches across sales, operations and support.
  • Manage dependencies involving charging infra, payments, energy services and third-party integrations.
  • Monitor developments in electric mobility, fleet management and competition.
  • Champion a customer-focused, outcomes-driven product culture.

The opportunity

The company is looking for a Product Manager to help shape and develop its fleet and home-charging proposition. You will own key areas of the product lifecycle, transforming customer and business needs into intuitive, scalable solutions for organisations transitioning to electric vehicles.

Working across digital products, charging infrastructure, payments and energy services, you will connect commercial objectives with customer experience and technical delivery. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, sales, customer service and external partners.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a connected EV fleet-charging solution.
  • Build a strong understanding of fleet operators, employers, administrators and EV drivers through research, data and customer engagement.

You are motivated by products that support electrification, sustainable mobility and the energy transition.

Experience and Capabilities
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable product role.
  • Experience managing digital products or connected services from discovery through launch and optimisation.
  • Strong product discovery, prioritisation and roadmap-management capabilities.
  • Ability to turn complex customer and operational challenges into straightforward product experiences.
  • Experience partnering with software engineering, UX/design and commercial teams.
  • Confidence using customer insight, analytics and business data to guide decisions.
