About the role
Einride seeks a commercially driven, analytical professional who blends sales with innovative problem‑solving in charging infrastructure for heavy‑duty vehicles. The dual‑focused role involves driving sales for our public truck charging network across the Nordics while simultaneously supporting our internal EMEA freight team by delivering charging solutions.
You will
Sales (Nordic Account Manager)
- Identify, contact, and build relationships with haulage and transport companies as potential customers for our public charging network
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead to signed contract and ongoing account management
- Monitor the market, competitors, and pricing trends in heavy‑duty vehicle charging
- Engage in sales activities at relevant events
- Achieve sales and volume targets
Charging Analysis & Internal Support (EMEA Charging Analyst)
- Develop feasible, cost‑efficient and sustainable charging solutions for our Freight‑Capacity‑as‑a‑Service customers and share your knowledge across departments
- Drive and coordinate pre‑studies to identify the prerequisites and set requirements for charging infrastructure in close collaboration with customers and Einride colleagues
- Develop charging business cases through analysis of several data sources such as charging needs, network availability, grid connection constraints, technical configurations, site layout and more
- Provide insights and recommendations by identifying, analysing and interpreting trends or patterns in different charging scenarios
- Develop analytics tools to support commercial efforts and internal decision making
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within charging, energy and/or transport
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable calculating pricing, capacity, and ROI
- Basic understanding of electrical distribution/power, or willingness to learn
- Proficient in Excel/spreadsheet tools
- CRM experience
- Communicative, self‑driven, and comfortable switching between customer meetings and technical calculations
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Travel when required
Location and employment type
This is a full‑time position based in southern Sweden or Stockholm.
