Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Lead Project Manager to support end-to-end implementations for our largest customers. You will articulate Celonis' value proposition and work with Sales, Partners, and Value Engineering to shape statements of work during pre-sales and delivery phases.

You will guide customers in building best practices, manage risks and ensure customer satisfaction throughout engagements, with fluency in Swedish required and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations.
• Extensive experience in managing project plans, risks, issues and actions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders and timelines.
• Experience leading consulting teams onshore and offshore.
• Experience writing proposals and statements of works with customers and partners.
• History of working with a partner ecosystem and managed co-delivery.
• Ability to set and manage customer expectations.
• Strong analytical skills applying technology to business problems.
• Willingness to be certified in Celonis products.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or Safe/Agile).
• Bachelor or Master in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformational customer programs and steer to defined outcomes.
• Plan, schedule and manage project timelines from kickoff to training.
• Manage resources, scope and budget across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with executives, process owners and technical teams.
• Communicate project status and risks, keep Celonis PSA updated.
• Proactively elevate risks and issues to minimize impact.
• Provide guidance to the implementation team, including partners.
• Contribute to continual improvement of Celonis services methods.
