Job summary

Tata Technologies in Gothenburg, Sweden is seeking a Mechatronics Design Engineer (GDL) to lead the development of Closure Mechatronics systems for automotive programs. You will coordinate between engineering teams, suppliers and program stakeholders, manage milestones, quality targets and cost objectives, and ensure compliance with the company's Product Development System throughout the lifecycle.

Fluent English required; bachelor's or master's in mechanical/electrical engineering, and a solid

Qualifications

Knowledge of project management, milestone planning, risk management and engineering change processes.
Experience with mechatronic systems including mechanics, electronics and software.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of Closure Mechatronics systems to meet milestones, quality, timing and cost goals.
Coordinate between engineering teams, suppliers and stakeholders for alignment.
Monitor development, verification, builds and vehicle tests; resolve issues efficiently.
Track risks, dependencies and deviations, escalating when needed.
Ensure compliance with Product Development System and engineering processes.
Maintain project and product information in systems.
