• 12+ years FPGA/SoC architecture, design, implementation, and integration experience.
• Expertise in ISO 26262 Functional Safety for hardware and silicon.
• Experience leading Functional Safety activities at IP and Full-Chip levels.
• Experience with safety analysis and safety sign-off processes.
• Experience with FS EDA tools and safety manuals/work products.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead Functional Safety activities at IP and Full-Chip levels across projects.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and customer stakeholders.
• Define Safety Requirements and Technical Safety Concepts (TSC).
• Perform FMEA/FMEDA and Safety Analysis for silicon and IP blocks.
• Audit and assess Functional Safety compliance, sign-offs, and manuals.
