A growing System Engineering company is seeking an experienced FPGA Design Engineer for a role in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VHDL and/or Verilog, and experience with FPGA design, implementation, and verification. Familiarity with debugging and testing in hardware environments is essential, particularly in complex embedded systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with potential for both onsite and offshore collaboration.

We are looking for an experinced FPGA Design Engineer for our role based in Sweden.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of VHDL and/or Verilog
• Experience in the design, implementation and verification of FPGAs
• Accustomed to working in complex embedded systems
• Experience in troubleshooting and testing in a hardware environment

Meritorious:

• Experience from measuring instruments, analysis equipment or medical technology
• Work with high-speed data, signal processing, or data acquisition
• Experience with Xilinx and/or Intel (Altera) FPGA
• Integration between FPGAs, sensors, ADC/DAC and embedded software
• Experience of working in regulated environments
