JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Sweden seeks a KYC Middle Office Associate to own onboarding for new clients and manage KYC records renewals. You will partner with Front Office to obtain evidence, ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in processes and controls.

You will build strong internal relationships, coordinate with back office teams, and communicate onboarding progress and risks to management in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage KYC onboarding workflow for designated Front Office sub-LOB.
• Build partnerships and remove roadblocks with internal partners.
• Work with Front Office to gather supporting evidence for due diligence.
• Ensure client data is accurate, complete and compliant with regs.
• Coordinate case prioritization and capacity with back office teams.
• Stay updated on process and regulatory changes and communicate impacts.
• Manage personal workload and escalate key risks to management.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Role model, mentor peers and share knowledge.
