Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Sweden is seeking an Associate Vice President, Client Manager within the Global Network Banking team to deliver premier client experience across onboarding, service coordination, and credit management.

You will coordinate with Risk, Legal, and product partners while building strong relationships with multinational clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient cross-border banking solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client management within financial services.
• Experience in Swedish/Nordic corporate banking preferred.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and implementation for assigned clients.
• Coordinate credit requests with Risk and Legal.
• Oversee KYC ownership and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for client escalations and service coordination.
• Support origination and cross-sell activities within portfolio.
