Job summary

Scandinavian Trust AB in Stockholm, Sweden, seeks a curious and structured Junior Compliance Officer to join the Group Compliance team. You will support client onboarding, KYC, AML and data protection work across the Nordics, working closely with the Head of Compliance and client-facing teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in law, business administration or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, KYC/AML, or related areas.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical, structured way of working and high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC on new and existing clients.
• Screen clients against sanctions and PEP lists.
• Prepare client risk assessments and document findings.
• Conduct periodic reviews and ongoing monitoring.
• Assist with GDPR, AML and ISO 27001 initiatives.
• Draft and update internal policies and templates.
• Analyze regulatory developments in Nordics and EU.
• Review and maintain contracts and training records.
• Support onboarding and coordination with client-facing teams.
