Job summary

Sheraton Stockholm Hotel in Stockholm is seeking a motivated Stewarding Associate to join our Kitchen team. You will clean and maintain kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware and cutlery, support the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams, and ensure all stewarding areas are hygienic and well organised in a fast-paced hotel.

We are looking for someone with prior stewarding or cleaning experience, who is reliable, detail oriented and able to work well independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Prior stewarding or cleaning experience.
• Reliable and detail oriented.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and/or English; legal right to work in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, cutlery and utensils according to hotel standards.
• Ensure all kitchen and stewarding areas are clean, organised and hygienic at all times.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment during service.
• Handle waste and recycling according to hotel procedures and sustainability guidelines.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Assist with additional stewarding and cleaning duties as required.
