Job summary

Sheraton Stockholm Hotel is seeking a motivated Stewarding Associate to join the Kitchen team in Stockholm. You will help keep dishes, utensils, and equipment spotless while supporting the Food & Beverage team during service.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with others in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Swedish or English and legal right to work in Sweden are needed.

• Previous experience in stewarding and/or cleaning.
• Reliable, hardworking and takes pride in delivering high standards.
• Has an eye for detail and enjoys keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains organized under pressure.
• Contributes to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
• Has a good knowledge of Swedish and/or English.
• Has the legal right to work in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, cutlery and utensils according to hotel standards.
• Ensure all kitchen and stewarding areas are clean, organized and hygienic at all times.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment during service.
• Handle waste and recycling according to hotel procedures and sustainability guidelines.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Assist with additional stewarding and cleaning duties as required.
