Job summary

Nordic Infucare is seeking a passionate Key Account Manager to lead the Dexcom CGM portfolio across Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävleborg and Gotland in Sweden. This field-based role drives partnerships with diabetes specialists and healthcare professionals, promoting innovative diabetes solutions and expanding patient access.

You will train physicians, nurses and caregivers on device usage, provide clinical data to KOLs, and feed insights to support commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in a similar sales role in MedTech or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong knowledge of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes as a therapy area.
• Degree in Nursing or a Business-related field.
• Sales experience in the General Practitioner market (primärvård) is preferable.
• Clean driving license and willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
• Fluency in both English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong partnerships with diabetes experts (KOLs) and healthcare professionals within the Diabetes field.
• Implement effective sales strategies and promote our diabetes solutions to expand product adoption in the territory.
• Provide training and ongoing support to physicians, nurses, patients and caregivers on device usage.

• Offer insights to support commercial strategy.

In this field-based role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Dexcom CGM (Continuous Glucose Measurement) portfolio in the regions of Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävleborg and Gotland. Exceptional communication skills and a patient-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.**Qualifications:*** 3-5 years experience in a similar sales role in the MedTech or Pharmaceutical industry* Strong knowledge of Diabetes as a therapy area- Type 1 and Type 2* Degree in Nursing or a Business related field.* Successful sales experience in the General practitioner market (primärvård) is preferable* Excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for supporting healthcare professionals and patients.* Experience from working with patients organizations and tender business is preferable* A clean driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the district.
