Nordic Infucare, part of the Air Liquide group, seeks a passionate Key Account Manager to drive the Dexcom CGM portfolio across Norrland. You will build strong ties with diabetes experts and healthcare teams, promoting adoption and delivering training on device use and upkeep.

The role requires 3-5 years in medical sales, fluency in English and Swedish, and readiness to travel within the district, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a similar sales role in MedTech or Pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes therapies.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong partnerships with diabetes experts (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
• Implement sales strategies, promote diabetes solutions, and expand product adoption.
• Provide training and ongoing support to physicians, nurses, patients, and caregivers.
• Provide KOLs with current clinical data and updates to foster advocacy.
• Provide insights to support commercial strategy.

In this field-based role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Dexcom CGM (Continuous Glucose Measurement) portfolio in the Norrland (The Regions Västernorrland, Västerbotten, Norrbotten and Jämtland). This is an exciting opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals living with Type- 1 and Type- 2 Diabetes.**Your responsibilities will include:*** Developing strong, lasting partnerships with leading diabetes experts (KOLs), healthcare professionals within the Diabetes field, and other key stakeholders.* Implementing effective sales strategies, promoting our innovative diabetes solutions, and expanding product adoption across your territory.* Providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to physicians, nurses, patients, and caregivers on device usage and maintenance.* Providing KOLs with current clinical data and scientific updates to foster understanding and advocacy.* Providing insights and feedback to support commercial strateg**y.****Are you a MATCH?**The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes developed through a background in medical sales and or as a Diabetes Nurse Specialist. Exceptional communication skills and a patient-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.****Qualifications:***** 3-5 years experience in a similar sales role in the MedTech or Pharmaceutical industry* Strong knowledge of Diabetes as a therapy area- Type 1 and/ orType 2* Degree in Nursing or a Business related field.* Successful sales experience in the General practitioner market (primärvård) is preferable* Excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for supporting healthcare professionals and patients.* Experience from working with patients organizations and tender business is preferable* A clean driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the district.
