Job summary

The Sigma Group in Lund, Sweden seeks a Junior Simulation Engineer focused on engine performance. You will set up and calibrate gas-exchange simulations using ICES and GT-Power, and work with project teams to explore new engine concepts.

You will collaborate with engine and component testing teams, update methods, and take ownership of simulations from setup to delivery, bringing Matlab or Python scripting to optimize models and support development of renewable-fuel strategies.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in engineering required.
• Education/training in internal combustion engines.
• Experience with GT Power or similar programs is an advantage.
• High-level programming experience in MATLAB or Python.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities
