Idorsia Nordics in Stockholm is seeking a Junior Digital & OMC Marketing Execution Manager to support Nordic brand plans and omnichannel campaigns. You'll work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and external agencies to deliver customer-centric experiences across digital and traditional channels.

The role requires 1–3 years in digital marketing within healthcare or pharma, with strong CRM and marketing automation familiarity.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles; healthcare/pharma exposure preferred.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing and customer engagement initiatives is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Nordic brand plans aligned with business objectives and support launch planning for QUVIVIQ and future products.
• Drive omnichannel engagement across Nordic markets and coordinate cross-channel campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing automation and CRM teams to optimize customer journeys and segmentation.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support cross-functional teams with budget management and project execution.
