Job summary

Netlight Consulting is seeking an IT Operations teammate to support colleagues with IT services, equipment provisioning and daily IT operations across our global offices. You will work onsite, helping users, resolving issues, and contributing to ongoing IT service improvements.

You will collaborate with a global team, with opportunities to grow in areas like programming and project management, while shaping your own role within the IT department.

Qualifications

• Fluent and confident in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with MacOS, Windows, iOS and Android.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure.
• Interest and understanding of hardware and network setups.
• PowerShell experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to colleagues and maintain IT environment on site.
• Procurement, inventory, and installation of IT equipment.
• Improve IT services and support across all offices.
• Support and maintain systems and services, handle IT orders and supplier management.

As a member of the IT Operations Team, you will be part of a Tech organisation and together, we will continuously improve IT to the next level in our global environment. The role contains a lot of responsibilities, such as providing our colleagues with IT equipment, troubleshooting different issues, and helping them by answering their questions about IT services and processes on site. You will also be part of creating value for the whole Netlight and building the IT Services on a global level and the local office as well.

We have IT seated today in Stockholm, Munich, Hamburg and Oslo and you will always be supported by the rest of the team in our day-to-day work and improvements! In this role, you also have the possibility to learn and develop in different areas such as Programming, Project management etc. You have a big room to shape your own role and future!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support our colleagues with IT related tasks and maintain IT environment.
• Procurement, inventory, and installation of IT equipment.
• Continuous improvement of our support level in all our offices.
• Support, maintenance and improvement of our systems and services.
• Handle IT orders for our new and current colleagues in the offices and supplier management.
