Job summary

Ericsson GmbH is seeking a newly graduated engineer to start as a DevOps Developer in the Radio Base Control System Build & CI/CD team in Sweden. You will develop and maintain the build system and CI/CD pipelines for the Control System software used in Ericsson’s radio base stations.

We focus on Lean and Agile ways of working, with collaboration across senior and junior colleagues. English communication is required and Yocto knowledge is a plus as you learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Engineering Physics.
• General programming skills and scripting (Bash).
• Knowledge of Git and Jenkins is expected.
• Interest in Linux and embedded build tools (Yocto) is a plus.
• Experience building software, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes/Docker/Helm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the build system and CI/CD pipeline for the Control System software.
• Hands-on work with CI/CD pipelines and software integration for Ericsson Radio Base Stations.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate build, test and deployment workflows.
• Contribute to infrastructure evolution for software integration and automation.
