Job summary

Ericsson in Lund seeks newly graduated or early-career software engineers to help build the ISAC baseband software, a core piece of the path toward 6G. You will contribute to the full development flow from prestudies to verification on node level.

You will collaborate with experienced colleagues, learning baseband software, radio access networks and real-time embedded development, while applying modern AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in a relevant area, or equivalent experience.
• Programming in C/C++, plus Python or Java is a plus.
• Interest in software for real products and end-to-end systems.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, and AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality ISAC software.
• Participate in prestudies, design, implementation, test and verification of ISAC capabilities.
• Explore coexistence of sensing and communication in the same radio network.
• Use agentic AI and AI-assisted development workflows to improve speed and quality.
• Learn how AI can support the product as it evolves.
• Work cross-functionally with teams responsible for end-to-end functionality.
