Job summary

Ericsson in Stockholm (Kista) is seeking a recent graduate to help secure and optimize RF performance of radio units. You will work closely with hardware, software and production teams to bring radio products from bring-up to mature, feature-complete state and support OTA testing in the Integration lab.

The role suits graduates with a Master or Bachelor's in electronics or physics, strong RF knowledge, and programming skills in Python and MATLAB.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Engineering Physics or equivalent.
• RF measurement and instrument handling knowledge.
• Basic programming skills in Python and MATLAB.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and work in teams.
• Proficient in English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Secure and optimize the radio unit’s functionality and RF performance.
• Work in teams mastering radio product components.
• Cooperate with hardware, software, systemization and production teams.
• Handle issues from manufacturing to field performance and customer feedback.
• Work with development of Remote and Massive MIMO radios in the Integration lab.
