Job summary

Ericsson in Lund, Sweden is seeking newly graduated and early-career software engineers to build expertise in wireless technology, embedded software and real-time systems. You will work on the Physical Layer (L1) and interact with L2 to develop solutions, with support from experienced colleagues as you gradually own defined tasks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with strong academic results.
• Experience developing software, preferably embedded or real-time, with C and C++.
• Demonstrated initiative through projects and teamwork to grow technically.
• Willingness to learn and engage others in solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and verify high-quality real-time software using C, C++ and Python.
• Participate in activities across the development lifecycle: studies, design, implementation, testing, integration and verification.
• Contribute to new ISAC and future 6G-related functionality in a live network.
• Use automation and AI-assisted tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Take responsibility for assigned work, communicate progress and participate in design decisions.
• Share knowledge and gradually develop influence through collaboration.
