Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field; business mindset and willingness to learn marketing.
• Fluent in English and Swedish; strong communication for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Python and analytical methods (time series, econometrics, MMM).
• Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills; valid work permit for Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement of marketing investments using MMM and other methods.
• Translate model outputs into actionable insights for C-level stakeholders.
• Contribute to attribution modeling, experiments, and automated reporting tools.
