Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Support data quality analysis across source systems and reporting layers.
• Compare and align client data across 40+ Workforce Management systems, CRM and 60 ERP apps.
• Document end-to-end data flows and handovers between business and IT.
• Map data elements to identify mismatches and recurring defects.
• Prepare analysis outputs, issue summaries and evidence for data owners.
