Kurppa Hosk in Stockholm is seeking an entry-level producer to help run and mature our AI-driven production platform. You will manage campaigns from brief to delivery, coordinate translations, and ensure assets reach Nordic markets on time.

You will work closely with producers, designers, motion designers, copywriters, and the Nordic marketing team to shape scalable workflows and improve processes during major launches.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Quick to pick up new digital platforms and tools, and comfortable working across several at once.
• Structured and precise with deadlines, files, and versions.
• Clear communicator with colleagues and client contacts.
• Collaborative approach, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented.
• Eligibility to work in Sweden.

Responsabilités

• Drive ongoing development of the AI-driven production platform; manage tools, keep workflows and docs updated, and ensure models trained on approved copy.
• Own day-to-day handling of digital assets: upload, adapt, and deliver material to the right market, in the right format, on time.
• Act as producer for smaller campaigns from brief to delivery with growing responsibility.
• Manage copy deck translations for Nordic markets: plan projects, coordinate proofreaders, maintain glossaries and terminology.
• Map out workflows and suggest improvements.
• Support producers during major launches to hit delivery deadlines.
