Job summary

NA-KD invites a highly organized Junior Producer to support planning and execution of campaign productions across still and motion, working with the Content Operations Manager and cross-functional teams in Gothenburg.

In this role you will coordinate logistics, budgeting, scheduling, communication, and delivery from planning to final delivery, gaining hands-on experience across the creative process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or limited experience in photo and film production.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of campaign productions from pre-production to final delivery.
• Assist production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and timeline tracking.
• Coordinate production logistics including locations, travel, permits, and supplier communication.
• Coordinate model bookings and support casting logistics with agencies.
• Prepare briefs, call sheets, schedules, and production plans.
• Coordinate cross-team communication and track milestones and changes.
• Oversee approval processes and ensure timely feedback incorporation.
• Assist crews, freelancers, vendors, and on-set logistics during shoots.
• Ensure assets are delivered to content teams for 360° usage.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and propose practical solutions.
